Don Graham greeted me at the door, offered me a beverage and snacks immediately, took me to see my car immediately after that, then we started paperwork within 5mins, and finished EVERYTHING less than 2hrs later. I had visited a lot of the dealers in the west pasco area for about 3mos, and Subaru of Port Richey was hands down my favorite experience. I did not feel like just another payday to them. Breezy is amazing! Got my preowned Honda about 2 weeks ago and I could not be happier! (I really wanted to have some time with this vehicle before giving my review) My daily commutes to and from work are over an hour and I needed a safer and more reliable vehicle. Never gone to a dealership, but Breezy made me feel extremely comfortable and not afraid to ask questions (as I am not a car person). She was very honest with everything, and I very much appreciated it. Very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I truthfully felt very comfortable. All the staff through the rest of the process were great, and made it as quick but as smooth as possible. Did help there were free snacks and drinks. The car is a 2016 but both inside and out looks incredible!!! Still cannot believe this was a pre owned vehicle. I feel so much safer as well with the safety features, and now I don’t stress as much with the commute. I can go on!! Legitimately so happy. Thank you once again and thank you ESPECIALLY to Breezy!!
