My experience with The sales department was excellent especially with Leo Mendez as our sales specialist. His knowledge of the Kia was vast and his kindness and extra effort was exceptional. In fact, after I purchased my first Telluride last year, Leo continued to help me with navigating the car’s features, remind me of upcoming appointments, and he even went to bat for me when the service department advisor (Randall) wouldn’t help me.
