As a single mother with enough income they proved to me that they weren’t giving up. I ended up putting more down than expected but appreciated the chance with my credit. I am a single mom who was in a car accident and I was told I would have only 3 days after I got my insurance settlement before I had to turn in my rental. This meant I had to go look at cars ahead of time. I looked at some and went to a few lots and the sales people were so pushy. Some contacting me from 10 hours away asking me to buy before I see. Craig was incredibly different. He called said he had the vehicle I was interested in, but wanted to let me know they had not detailed it yet. They had had their mechanic go over it and had given it a clean bill of health. They post the car fax on their site which makes it super easy. This whole process took about a week and half dealing with insurance and Craig only called me once just to make sure I was still interested told me he was saving it for me. They let me take it to my own mechanic for peace of mind and were never pushy. They gave me an outstanding price and did haggle with me at all. No upselling No calling multiple times. I think what made it the best was when I went and bought it he said well I got about a dozen folks to call and say I don’t have it anymore. I thanked him for keeping it for me. He said well you called first. Truly outstanding place to buy from and a great person to work with.
