She schedules his service appointments, greets him when he drops by, and even helped him when he had a flat tire, walking him through the entire process. We also own a $100,000 Mercedes, and the level of service and care Emily provided far surpasses what we’ve experienced there. She’s simply outstanding.

Our salesperson, Dylan, did an excellent job in understanding what we were wanting and found us just the right bright red Lincoln Nautilus! He worked hard to find it and get it to the dealership in time for a trip we were taking. He personally delivered the car and set everything up for us making it such a pleasant transition.
