I've had my Subaru for over a year officially and its been great! I started working with Hector from sales back in late 2022 to get a '23 Subaru Forester Sport ordered from the factory. Process was easy, and I got several updates throughout the next few months while I waited for it to arrive. Finally got to the dealership at this location February of '23. Hector and the other staff members were very helpful through the process of purchasing/financing as this was my first time buying. If i had any questions they were able to explain it to me and point me to any resources, and i ended up adding on the dealership service package which so far has been good. I've taken it in a few times for routine checks and a flat tire and Jonathan along with the other staff in the service department are very friendly and competent. If i have a concern with the car they always listen and ensure to check on the car. Dealership is super nice and has a great waiting area as well.
