What an outstanding experience! Just picked up my car yesterday. The guys couldn't have been any nicer and the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother! Really can't say enough about Platinum's team. I initially worked with Mike, and Adam came in to pinch hit on additional questions I had. I'm an out of state buyer, so that added an extra layer of complexity. You'd have never known it. They made this so smooth and easy and had everything ready when I walked in. They arranged financing, provided the best after market warranty I've ever purchased, and even made sure the car wasn't on E when I got there! Very helpful, very efficient and probably the best dealer experience I've had out of the 6 cars I've purchased in that manner. Kudos to that group. I'm just sad I live too far to experience their service aspect - I'm sure that's terrific too! Thank you guys!
