2024 Toyota Corolla LE CVT

Mike Kaplan and Riley Campbell were once again awesome to deal with! I ordered a GR Corolla Circuit last summer but had to put it off. Called them up to restart the process in late May 2024 and they were able to track down the same exact car in about a week. Got a great price for my trade and did the financing and took the car home the same day! They are awesome to work with and gave me a price (no covid markup) that was fair price! I have bought 4 cars from Lia. This time I purchased a Hylander. I arrived at the dealer at noon, I met my Salesman Michael Kaplan, he set me up for a test drive, I asked Michael while I was test driving if he could have my car appraised. Well back in 20 minutes, I sat with Michael and we discussed purchasing the car. Eventually the finance manager came over and we struck a deal. No I did not get a steal, but rather just a plain old fashion fair deal. Any questions I asked Michael about the vehicle, he had the knowledge to answer all my questions completely! Usually I find car salesmen don’t know the details on the cars I buy as well as I do, but this was not the case. He was very thorough. I was out of Lia in 1 hour and fifteen minutes with a fair deal, and treated extremely well. I have had my other Toyotas serviced at this dealership with excellent service ! Period. If you looking for a Toyota I highly recommend Lia of Wilbraham, No I don’t know anyone at the dealership, only writing the great review because they deserve it!
