I was really limited in the time I had to visit and test drive used cars. I needed an affordable, super reliable car for my son. I found a great option, emailed to check on the car, and they responded quickly. Everyone was nice, professional, and helpful! Our salesperson was Alex, and he was informative, genuine, and he made the whole process easy. They really make you feel comfortable. The finance guy (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) was great. Like Alex, he was very respectful and easy to talk with. At the risk of sounding my age, I’ve seen customer service skills plummet in the last few years, but you can tell this company trains their employees to put great service as top priority.
