Yes, I am satisfied with the Santa Cruz. This is my 6th Hyundai vehicle and I have been a customer since 2001. I had 4 Elantra's and then when I retired, I bought a Sonata. Unfortunately, my Sonata was totaled on May 8, 2024, and I do believe that car saved my life. Hyundai are very sturdy vehicles. A large Ford truck slammed into the back of me and slammed me into an 18-wheeler and I am very lucky to be alive. Most cars would have crumbled but mine did not. I had been looking at the Santa Cruz for a couple of years now. I have dealt with Joey DiLorenzo for 11 years now, he sold me my 2013 and 2017 Elantra and was the Finance Manager when I bought my 2021 Sonata. He goes above and beyond. When my car was totaled, I called him and told him I was interested in the Santa Cruz, and he found the exact color and package Santa Cruz that I was looking for and had it at your lot right away. My salesman was Zarius Green, and he did an excellent job explaining the vehicle to me and showing me features. I had to call him after I got home with a few questions, and he was able to help me over the phone. I am a very loyal Hyundai customer and will not own any other vehicle. Show original message

We bought a suv here August of 2023. Had a great experience. Paid for all warranties etc. This past weekend got a nail in tire and had to put donut on. Was worried would have a hard time getting fixed. Brought vehicle there Monday morning and they said their system had been down since last Tuesday so everything was by paper and they were doing best they could. They were all friendly and my car was ready by Lunchtime. Very happy with the service

Our experience was an A+++. Special Thanks & Appreciation to our Salesman Mr. Michael; Finance Manager Mr.Joseph, Sales Manager Mr.Steve, meeting the man who graciously cleaned & filled up G80 before we left the lot. But to make it more special we ended up meeting Mr. Matt McKay the owner of Allstar Hyundai-Genesis Baton Rouge, LA. This was a smooth sale from start to finish.
