I am beyond extremely satisfied with my recent service at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring, mainly from my knowledgeable and reliable Service Advisor, Greg Andre! My recent service required new tires, alignment and the replacement of a cracked rim. The cracked rim, I was not aware of and appreciated the extra attention and information Greg provided regarding my safety as this was immediately brought to my attention upon a routine vehicle safety inspection. I sincerely appreciate the transparency and the focus on outstanding customer service; the honesty with ensuring my best interest was handled properly. I spent several days before and after my vehicle service letting others know the honesty and care that Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring consistently provides. The days of the old cliché that "women are often taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs and basic car knowledge" has never been a feeling or an assumption by this car dealership, my Mercedes Service Advisor, Greg or the Service Manager, Tom. Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring always demonstrates fair business! They constantly follow-up, offer the best service and pricing, I always leave knowing my business is appreciated and confident that I received the best service from start to finish! I am grateful for Greg Andre and his patience with explaining things in detail. As a loyal customer, I know it's important for Greg to make sure I not only understand but that I also learn from my vehicle service experience! Jonas Hernandez is an outstanding representative, he is patient, kind, understanding and knowledgeable of the products and services Mercedes Benz’s dealership has to offer.
