Best customer service ever, unlike the other car dealers in Vegas he made me feel like I was able to relate to him, and never made me feel beneath him.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I was specifically looking for a Nissan Armada, due to I already knew how safe they are and that they are capable of being able to handle extreme accidents. They had one coming on the lot and had just listed it on their website - no pictures, basic description and price only. They were the only used dealership that were on top of knowing where their vehicle was in the process of safety checks, inspections, etc and knowing when it will be on the lot ready to take on test drives. My salesperson was Melanie. She was extremely kind and sweet. The car was so new on the lot, it still needed to be detailed from the family that had it before I bought for mine (They did detail after purchase was complete). It turned out to be a better Nissan Armada than I expected; it was a platinum version and the past family had it decked out! I was attached to the vehicle the second I sat in it. The were very kind and compromising in negation, unlike other local dealerships I went to. Also, after purchasing, when I noticed the entire third row was missing the seat belts, they gave me zero problems in replacing them - ZERO! They immediately acknowledged this was a safety issue and made sure to order the parts and get them installed. I feel like the other local dealerships I visited would not have been this way. Melanie, her manager, the mechanic manager (I met them all), are all super nice. Even all the other employees in the vicinity helping other customers are all very attentive to the whomever they were helping. They seem to have very nice, well taken care of vehicles on the lot and I would return again to purchase another, when needed.
