I have never left a review when buying a car but my experience absolutely warranted leaving a five-star review. Emerson was great to work with and I would highly recommend all of my family and friends to seek him out if they're buying a new vehicle and Zach in finance was great as well. They were not pushy, listened to what I wanted and what I needed and it was the best car buying experience I could have imagined. And I'm happy I came home with another Ram 1500!

Was having trouble with several things coming up on my instrument panel like the ABS and my speedometer and odometer were not working. Found out that squirrels were getting up in my engine and chewing on wires and other plastic parts. They worked on it for 3 different days I believe. My only problem is I took my car and dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and they didn’t even work on it because a couple of guys called off. Then Saturday came and the person that does that kind of work doesn’t work on Saturdays. And of course then came Sunday. They got it done on Monday. They fixed everything and it’s been working fine. Cost me a bundle but I’m sure it was labor intensive. I took it there because I have a used Dodge and I thought they might know more about it. Overall I’m pretty happy. All the people that I spoke to in the service department were very nice and knowledgeable.

I only do reviews when it is really deserved. I’ve had my vehicles serviced here many times and been treated fairly and with honesty!!! Some service facilities try to sell you things you don’t really need so they can add money to their own pockets. That has never been the case with them. We bought our Jeep there and the sales team was great, but now they service all our cars. I even have my Mom’s car serviced with them. I’d like to recognize them for honesty, fairness, and most importantly just being a really good bunch of people. They are truly there to help! I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for fair prices, outstanding customer service, and timeliness.
