We knew what we wanted before we contacted the dealer. They picked the car out of their inventory asked us to come get it. We show up and met our salesman Colin. From start to finish he is a rockstar. Turned out after Colin insisted we drive the vehicle it wasn’t exactly what we wanted. The only vehicle close enough was located in Laredo. What does Colin do? Gets up at 4 am drives to Laredo to bring us back the vehicle we wanted. No questions, no complaints he just did it. He brought back our Tucson with a smile. The entire process with Principle was about us and our comfort. The finance department was quick and efficient. Colin there every step. Thank you Principle for the amazing sales person and customer service. We appreciate it.

The service department at Hyundai of Boerne is an outstanding team! My service adviser is Mr Javier C, he is knowledgeable, patient, and a true professional. I have gotten my car serviced here on various occasions. They perform routine oil changes on my truck, as well as regular maintenance. They do a great job keeping you informed on your vehicle status. They will send a detailed document listing the issues found AND they’ll send you a video showing you what’s going on! This is not the closes Hyundai service department to me. But the quality of their servicing department is worth the drive.

Purchased a vehicle for my son. Our sales rep, Neil was awesome. No pressure and made the purchase smooth. The management staff stayed in their offices most of the time but I think they were super busy with stuff. Would definitely go here again. Especially at the price.
