My visit at this dealer was excellent. George was straight forward, answered all my questions and concerns. Afterwards, spoke to Freddy the finance manager. Awesome experience, I believe he went above and beyond customer service. They have gained a life-long customer, I will refer all my family and friends to them.

Fantastic Service Team at Toyota of Manhattan. I worked very closely with Rich and Jennifer and both were amazing. They shared updates along the way, set proper expectations and really went above and beyond. When my repair was going to take longer than expected due to needing to order parts before a holiday weekend, they were able to get me a courtesy loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. I'd highly recommend the service department at Toyota of Manhattan.

My daughter and son in laws lease on their RAV 4 was up in a week. They loved it but felt it was time to maybe go a little bigger. I went with them to Toyota of Manhattan to look at a Highlander. We were greeted personally by Greg, the General Manager. He in turn had Kevin show them a few different models and then take them out for a couple of test drives down the West Side Highway! Kevin could not have been any more friendly and professional. Long story short, they are now the very happy family owners of a 2024 Toyota Highlander Sport! This is not your typical car dealership. Zero pressure and smiling faces on everyone! See Greg and his team if considering a Toyota. A real class act and at a very reasonable price. And btw…. The place is gorgeous with a fantastic NYC view!
