I had the absolute best car buying experience yet! Ben was amazing. I purchased this vehicle from another state. Ben sent me a personalized video inside and out of the vehicle as I was buying it before even test driving it. It was on the showroom floor when I arrived and paperwork was a breeze even with the new system. If I had to do it all over again, I would.
Great experience from start to finish with Bob and Keith! They were very accommodating, Keith even picked us up from the airport and took us to the dealership to complete our purchase. I will continue to check the inventory of this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again some day.
Hands down the best buying experience I have had at a dealer. I live an hour away, but Keith was fantastic in answering all my questions and requests remotely. Car was exactly as presented. The buying experience was super smooth (i.e. No high pressure sales tactics, just respectable consultation). Couldn't recommend this dealership (and Keith) more!
