I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience working with Lo. I inquired about a car at about noon this last Wednesday via phone call, and within minutes I knew everything I needed to know about the car and its history. Additionally, the atmosphere of the sales floor was very welcoming and warm. The whole team there really felt like a cohesive family unit. Only making me more comfortable with buying the car. They even stayed over 1.5 hours after their closing time to ensure everything was in order for my purchase of the car. Whole process was a breeze and I am very happy with my purchase!
