I went in not expecting much. I had already visited a different dealership and knew I was a hard trade in. I also knew my budget was tight. Everything was set up via text since I was out of town and they were so nice and accommodating. As soon as I went in and met Ryan who already had the car waiting for me. Everyone was very nice and introduced themselves. I really liked that it was a team effort. Ryan and the team worked really hard to get me what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful experience! Once I arrived I had been greeted immediately. My salesman was Juan. He was incredibly attentive, and definitely heard all the wants and needs I was looking for. He made sure to identify any questions or concerns I had. He was very kind and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything I wanted was checked off.
