We came to Folsom Chevrolet looking for our first new car. We were on a tight budget with a general idea of what we wanted. Met with two guys, Ace and Joseph and they were fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years to have my daughter’s first Equinox serviced (RIP, totaled by a Tesla) and with the second one, have come to expect great service. Our Service Advisor, Devan, didn’t push the small service items needed and gave us a heads-up (with estimate) on the fluids change needed at our next service interval. Very much appreciate their fast service and professionalism.
