10/10 experience with Lexus of Roseville…they exceeded our expectations with their customer service from start to finish! I’m an attention to detail/“knows exactly what I want” car buyer and they nailed it! Joe and Scott were beyond knowledgeable and an all around pleasure to work with! We even had the pleasure of getting time with the GM, Jay - had it not been raining with a kid sport filled afternoon we would have hosted drinks!!!! The worst part of car buying is always the time signing your life away - not this day. Absolute easiest experience w finance ever and yet another totally awesome person who actually cared ab us! Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesperson Joe was informative, and easy to talk to. The finance manager Lynn was able to make a great deal even better. The van is impeccable, and the best price I could find. Just got home and had to write this first thing, a truly remarkable experience.
