I found the sales personnel to be friendly and courteous and in no way pushy. They are very knowledgeable about their vehicles. They permitted a test drive. I was allowed to order a new car made to my specifications, and the car arrived in their estimated time frame. It was delivered perfectly. There were no errors in the order. The paperwork was completed quickly. They even found and applied credits on had on my former vehicle registrations without my having to ask. They took the time to explain all the car functions, even though I arrived late for pick up just before they closed. I am very pleased with the VW Jetta GLI quality, performance, and appearance. One of the best values for the price you can find.

We shopped around at a few different dealerships (we're pretty picky when it comes to used vehicles, i.e. we had a bad experience at Land Rover Sarasota, do yourself a favor and dont go there, the vehicles were bad quality and their rates were ridiculous for what they were offering). I cannot recommend Tom Selby, and Sunset VW, enough! If you're looking for a used vehicle in the Sarasota area check them out. They took great care of us, their customer service was the best we received, and they went above/beyond to ensure our vehicle was the highest quality possible. Feels like our 2019 Chevy Trax is brand new.
