Michael Z, who processed our financial transaction and transfer paperwork made the process quick and easy and was especially pleasant. Overall our experience was exceptional. Our salesperson Tomas was excellent. He was very concerned about our needs and worked with management to get us the best deal! We purchased a new SUV that had an immediate mechanical issue but between Tomas and Derek the General Mgr they were able to get the situation resolved quickly. I will certainly consider purchasing another vehicle at Arrowhead Chevrolet!
