Ali was also quick with the paperwork and I never felt pressured to buy any additional warranties or services. He was honest and accommodating throughout the process, he even offered advice on additional rebates I might be able to get through pg&e. He organized all the paperwork and let me know what I needed to submit with my taxes at the end of the year. He’s even going the extra mile so I can get my plates and title sent to me.
