I tried repeatedly to reach out and purchase a service truck for my business. First I inquired about financing but I hadnt heard back. I scraped up the funds in the amount of their full asking price and was lead to believe that the sale may go thru, Unfortunately the sale never happened and communication was cut short. After trying for several days to come and purchase the truck I gave up and purchased a different service truck. I'm not exactly sure what happened but it was very clear my money wasnt going to buy that truck. Overall my experience was less than. Like many, reviews are my go to before making any kind of purchase, which is why I chose to share my experience. I chose 4 out of 5 stars because I don't know the true reasoning behind my poor experience and more than anything hope it was some sort of simple misunderstanding, and nothing more. Although my experience was a disappointment, I'm hoping yours will be better.
