2020 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus

Highest marks! I live in Asheville, NC and bought my 2017 Tesla Model S here, which wasn't close by. Lance was my guy, and he was fantastic. I'm a critic by nature and don't leave many reviews unless thoroughly warranted. And he/they deserve a huge stamp of approval. We all buy cars with anxiety, but if my experience is the norm, try to feel more at ease. From Lance to their finance dept (I'm forgetting her name as I type) - straight shooters and the nicest people. Having driven the car now for almost three months zero in my Tesla has unexpectedly popped up so I think I'm in the clear at this point and can leave my review with confidence. Note, they offered me the extended warranty and I took it because I have a Tesla and well, I'm nervous naturally. There WAS a preexisting condition (faulty door handle) I knew about before I bought the car. I had it fixed and they paid out far faster than I would have imagined so their advice was spot on and I'm glad I purchased it. I know they sell a lot of Teslas and if you're in the market for one, I would trust Birmingham Luxury Motors without question. Thanks guys!

It was a leap of faith, but I felt that my leap was warranted, given that Tanya at BLM was so forthcoming and helpful, and that I was buying a Tesla, which is very hard to "fake" given you have access to all of its documentation electronically. Everything checked out, we settled on a fair price for my Tesla trade in, and even the process with my credit union was flawlessly integrated. High marks for communication, attention to detail, responsiveness and selling exactly what was on offer (no gimmicks, no sales pressure tactics, etc.). This was my first ever online car purchase but with Tanya and the other BLM staff's help it was a very positive experience. And we love our Model S!

Awesome spot! I exchanged a few messages with Tanya, came in after work the next day, and they had me in and out in no time with my new vehicle. THEN, when I brought the car by to have them investigate some vibrations in the front wheel a few days later, not only did they make time to diagnose the issue, but instead of hitting me with “sorry, the vehicle was purchased as is,” they replaced the entire set of wheels. I was also impressed that there was no attempt to low ball the value of my trade, it was dead on Blue Book value. Finally, the price I paid for my new car was far better than many listings in the area that had higher mileage and were not as well equipped. Highly recommend these guys! Tanya, you are literally the best, I appreciate how you made me feel like you had my back throughout the finance process. To the boss man, whatever you’re paying that lady isn’t enough, keep her happy and keep her around!
