2021 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus

I recently bought a 2018 Model S P100d from this dealership and I couldn’t be more happier with my car! I’m seeing all these other negative reviews which led me to jump on here and write my own. These guys are a small family owned business and try their best to make everyone happy! Obviously no one’s perfect and we all make mistakes but these guys are not bad people and actually care about their customers. This was my first ever Tesla that I purchased and man they’ve taught me everything and gave me such an amazing car! Nick and Marco both helped me out and I can’t thank them enough! This dealership is definitely one that I will return to and recommend to all my family and friends.

I had nothing short of an amazing experience. I personally recommend ALL of my friends and family to come into OC Chief Auto as they made the process easy, and they do NOT charge hidden fees! They are VERY busy, phone ringing nonstop so try to expect that. I recommend you disregard a-lot of these unnecessary negative reviews because you can’t please everyone but there isn’t a more honest and transparent dealership in all of Orange County! Marco, Nick, and John all made the experience of buying my Tesla Model Y one of the best I’ve ever had!

I was in the market for a Tesla Model Y, and not only did they make the purchase process smooth and hassle-free, they also provided valuable insight and advice as they all also own tesla vehicles, so they really practice what they preach! I will be recommending OC Chief Auto to family, friends, and colleagues who are in need of a used EV, as they don’t charge a premium and their cars are in VERY good shape for the price. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews, as a business owner myself, sometimes you run into problematic customers or issues, but this dealership is ABSOLUTELY worth doing business with.
