2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range

Just purchased a Ram Rebel through this dealership and they were great to work with. There were some cosmetic things the previous owner did that I did not like and they said they would take care of it for me and they stayed true to their word even after I paid them they stayed in communication with me and got everything taken care of, they even gave me a courtesy vehicle while they fixed everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a nice vehicle. I worked with Jessy through the whole process and this is how all cars salesman should be. I purchased a 2011 Audi Q5 on 9/8/2020 and the process was easy. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be done and it was handled immediately by Billy the technician. Our customer service representative Kalib was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and kept me updated with the status of the vehicle the entire time. The sales Manager Joseph went beyond helping and guiding me with making sure everything I needed repaired; which was minor, and completed in a timely manner. The entire experience was easy and they are exceptional when it comes to customer service. I would recommend anyone to shop with them if you are looking for a great quality vehicle at a reasonable rate. I would definitely purchase from Used Import Auto again.
