One thing that really moved me to go to Pinkerton for all future vehicle issues is their staff coming together to help a lady who was stranded with three flat tires in their lot. The staff came together and purchased the tires and installation for her. I base a lot on how other people are treated and Pinkerton went above and beyond helping this lady. The night I dropped my truck off a maintenance worker stayed after for about two hours trying his best to help this lady. I can't remember his name but they have quality employees that showed they care about the community and people in general.
