I purchased a 2021 Tesla model Y and Ashley was amazing to work with. I think the whole process from start to finish was less than two hours (I went in with a pre-approval). If I were to buy another Tesla in the future, this is where I would go. The process from start to finish was very professional. I was able to test drive in peace and assess how I felt about the vehicle without pressure. Pricing was transparent and I didn’t feel my questions or concerns were ignored. I highly recommend.
Ashley was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was a little skeptical this place had so many outstanding reviews but they turned out to be spot on. The Model Y I got was exactly as represented online and I could not be happier with the experience. Very low pressure and laid back. The test drive course is mostly in the neighboring residential areas in mid town and was decent for trying the car out.
If I could give ATL Midtown Auto 10 stars I would! Ashley is professional, personable, and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond from our first conversation to our last.
