Pushy sellers? Before we came to Austin e Auto, we visited many dealers in Austin, and after leaving the showroom, each of them kept calling insistently, demanding to come back. However, a month ago we came to Austin e Auto, and we were greeted by a very nice salesman, very polite and oh my gosh... not pushy!! Calm, super professional. We calmly chose cars in the hall. All cars were in great condition. The prices are very competitive, and after leaving without decision yet, no one from the dealer called to ask me to buy the car. And that made us come back and happily buy a Cadillac XT5. But after buying the car, things became super professional. We were unlucky because the car broke down. The Service at Austin e Auto responded immediately, sending a mechanic to our garage, and arranging the towing. The failure was repaired immediately, after some time another minor failure occurred, and again the service was up to the task. Immediate repair, a new replacement car for me, for one day when he had to stay at the service center... The attitude of all employees was at the highest level. I bought cars in several places in Europe, and I have never encountered such a professional approach as presented by Logan, the head of the service group, I have the impression that I was welcomed by the Formula 1 service of the Ferrari group ???? Highly recommend it!

Austin e Autos is the way the used car buying experience should be! Super professional and not pushy. They let the cars do the selling, not the other way around. The cars are in pristine condition and priced competitively. The fact that they don’t negotiate on price is actually a major plus. The cars are in top notch quality to begin with - at least that’s been my experience with them. I’m really happy with our purchase. We worked with Denise Moreno and she was fantastic!

I bought a car in an hour and a half. To many of you that will sound bizarre, after being forced to wait in car dealerships like it is a privilege. Denise and Stephanie had me test driven and financed, at a decent rate, before I finished my coffee. Granted, I knew what I wanted, but the test drive procedure was so easy that I was taken aback.
