2019 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus

This has been the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I had the vehicle shipped to a California! Scott Judge and Adrienne Cargle guided me every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition and went above and beyond the call of duty. Scott sent me numerous detailed videos of the vehicle prior to purchase and even met my request and had the vehicle put on a lift so I could get a clear look of the undercarriage. Adrienne provided the proper documentation in order to take care of my registration and title here in California. This has saved me many hours at the CA DMV which is never a pleasant experience. Adrienne even accommodated the three hour time difference and would answer the phone well past working hrs on her end at 7pm since I get off work at 4pm PST and have limited time during the working day to make personal phone calls. Scott looked after my vehicle and met my carrier day of pickup. My vehicle arrived completely detailed and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Terry Henricks Ford and would gladly buy another vehicle from them. Superior service and staff.

I was recently looking for a Yukon AT within a 500 mile radius. Finally found what I was looking for at Terry Henricks Ford. Called and left a message for sales. I heard back in no time from Scott Judge. Scott asked questions and I asked several which he answered most all of them. The questions he did not know he said he'd get back with me shortly on. In short order I received an email with a link to a walk around video of the vehicle, that had just done post my call. Within the video Scott answered my remaining questions. We talked later and he asked if I had a trade and I said I might. After trading some information he let me know what they would give me for my vehicle. He also told me if I wanted to sell it myself here's what I would want to minimally ask for it in order to account for taxes and this and that. We decided we'd trade and drove the 3 1/2 hours to Archbold OH (easy drive by the way) signed the papers and the Yukon was delivered the next week after being detailed. Kudos to two other Henricks team members: Adrian the Finance Manager, who was great to work with when we asked about extras such as warranties, title exchanges, etc. Also Clint, the driver who delivered the vehicle to us. Super guy who I sat and talked to for 30 mins or so. He had nothing but good things to say about the dealership. Great experience all around and would have no qualms about working with them again although 3+ hours away. Well done.

I found this car through Car Guru and I did not realize how complicated the process could get when buying an out of state vehicle. A lot of waiting around for responses from the salesman, not much information provided on the shipping of the vehicle and quite some time to receive paperwork. Not the end of the world, but what I am super annoyed about is receiving the vehicle that I paid $1,400 to get shipped with no gas, no inspection/emissions stickers, the delivery guy tried to get me to Zelle him $450 when he dropped the vehicle off, no windshield fluid AND the front passenger window button is broken. This is a 2022 Ford Expedition Max with 35k miles. I specifically asked about any damage to the vehicle and the broken button was never mentioned. Update!!!! I have received the gas card! I had the vehicle diagnosed and the window switch repaired. Cody the sales manager is compensating me for the switch getting fixed. So although this experience was less than ideal, I am happy the dealership ended up doing the right thing.
