2020 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus

Insane prices on damaged cars. $20k for a car with a broken bumper and scuff marks along the side. Ridiculous. Two stars because they were closed so I didn’t get to see the customer service. After returning a few weeks later I was assisted by Tracy who set me up with a very well maintained Kia Soul. The car whose pictures are attached was no longer on the lot.

I had the best experience buying a used car at Kia of Durham. Aaliyah Stevens made the process easy, and enjoyable. I was fed and provided with refreshments during the process- very important for me, and given time to make decisions regarding the purchase and added options. All my questions and concerns were answered effectively and with patience. I will use this dealership if/when I look for another vehicle
