2021 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus

I’ve bought 3 cars this year and this was one of the best experiences I had. Since the pandemic car buying has really changed and pricing is upfront and there is a lot of information on the dealer website. I initially came in to test drive the car because there was another car I was also considering. The sales rep Thomas Debelak was so awesome ??????????. I am a fan of German cars and know Honda is a good car. Thomas was so nice to work with that I felt like I was dealing with a friend the entire time. I told him what I wanted and he pointed out features of the car and make me feel comfortable. When I we sat down to discuss numbers, I really didn’t think I was buying. ???? but when it came down to it he really helped me with a good deal. The finance manager was awesome a well. On 11/4/23, I traded in my 2007 Honda Accord for a 2020 Honda Accord. HALEY RUDY was my sales professional. She was THE BEST person I could have had!! She was kind and patient. So much has happened in cars over those 13 years! I'm older and technology isn't my forte or friend. She sat in the new car with me until I understood and felt comfortable enough to drive off the lot. She paired my phone, explained the mirrors, heat, AC, dashboard, keyless entry, auto start, sunroof, made sure the fobs had fresh batteries, taught me to download music on my phone (my 6 CD player is what I still miss most from my old car), and much, much more! She never, ever got frustrated with me or my lack of prowess with technology. She gave me her phone number and email address and told me to call with any questions or concerns. In March, I got a new phone. I spent hours trying to pair it. I finally called her, took the car to Moon Honda and in seconds she had it paired, telling me to just call her the next time and she'll walk me through it. Even 5 months later she keeps in touch with me via email to be sure everything is going well. If you're looking for a new/used car, Moon Honda is the place to go and HALEY RUDY is the sales professional for you! I'd give her 10 stars! It's been a wonderful and pleasant experience and I'm grateful for all she's done!

Excellent experience buying my new car. My salesman was awesome and the finance manager was too. They gave me a thorough overview of the car and it's features and even introduced me to service. The interest rate we got with Honda was better than the market rate by alot. Thank you!
