I had a roof rack installed. They did a great job and accepted the Costco discount. The parts person was unbelievably wonderful. They did schedule the appointment before the parts arrive so when I took it in the first time, it took 45 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have the parts, so I had to come back. It was a inconvenience, but I am happy with the final product

We were in the market for a new car. We decided to look at Honda of Salem and kick some tires. We were greeted by Miguel who spent the better part of two hours explaining the differences between the CRVs. Very informative salesman with patience and a sense of humor to boot! He showed us most of the inventory on the lot and helped us narrow down our options. We took a test drive and made our decision. No pressure, no games. It was a real pleasure doing business there and we would recommend Miguel ( and Scott in financial ) to anyone looking for some straight shooters.

Lady customer service rep (Sorry. I forgot her name) was friendly and not pushy at all regarding other services I may need in the future. Oil change was quick. Only 45 minutes until my car was ready. As opposed to all other 1.5 hr times I have waited.Last time, my keys were on the counter for approximately 20 minutes. My rep that day had a line of people waiting to talk to him. But I had to wait until the last person got done before he could take the 2 minutes to have me sign & get my car and leave. I asked another rep who wasn't busy if he could check me out. But no. I had to wait. Never got an email to rate that visit. I think he realized his poor service afterwards and didn't want me to complain. I actually dreaded getting the car lubed this time.But it was a pleasant visit. So, I sure hope I get that nice lady again next time. TY Sharon Marrs
