This has been the most pleasureable and easy experience I ever had when it comes to finding a car. Rob was the salesman and he was amazing. I wish I could give him a million stars. I didn't feel pressured about anything. He was real and upfront about what I could and couldn't do. He didn't try to fast or slick talk me. He didn't talk down to me and he didn't assume I wouldn't know something. He greeted me with a handshake and a warm smile. I have already referred 3 people his way. Pinnacle Nissan got my car in quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. They were able perform routine maintenance at the same time. The lounge was very pleasant and well maintained. Wes did a great job of keeping me updated as I waited. Five out of five stars!
