This was literally the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in the 6 times I have bought a car. Sean Lee was very friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to work with. The entire experience, from walking in, to driving off the lot in my new car was 2 hours, it was so easy and painless. Zero pressure, no hidden ANYTHING. Omar in Finance was also a joy to work with. I had a small concern after driving off the lot and both Sean and the service department followed up immediately to take care of it as well. HIGHLY recommend this dealership and I will absolutely return in the future. Thank you to the whole staff for such an amazing experience in a time when I wasn't even sure if I could purchase.
Kader was great. He gave us the keys to look at the car we were interested in and gave us space to look at the car and discuss it without any pressure. The car was for my teenage daughter and he gave her rules to follow when she’s driving to help keep her safe. It was an all around great experience. 10/10 recommend.
Best experience!!!!! I made an inquiry on the website about a 2018 Toyota Camry, well Kader called the next morning and it was such a pleasure speaking with him, he answered all my questions gave me the break down of the car and set it up for me to come and text drive. For the test drive Carlos came along and he was very pleasant not pushy, answered all my questions and assured me of the car, I found a small spot on the seat (OCD) and he told me he would send for detailing, that request was filled. I told Kader and Carlos I would think it over and have my mechanic come look over the Camry. They welcomed my request. Once my mechanic gave me the go I went right in Omar the finance manager had beat my banks percentage and I have 90 days til my first payment. He was amazing explained everything and was not trying to oversell me the EXTRAS, he listened to my needs and I purchased with ease. It was a pleasure to purchase from this company, I will definitely tell all my friends and family!!!!!
