I don't even know where to start about how much of a great experience I had at Mossy Toyota. Went to see a used Honda they had on their lot and just couldn't love it. Luis Carreon could see that I didn't like the car as we test drived it. So as we got back to lot we got to talking and he asked my budget and what I didn't like in the Honda that made not love it. After a few moments of us talking he went to talk to his boss to see what we can do. Just a few moments later they found me a car in my budget and was basically new a 2023 Toyota. Robin in finance was amazing also. It was already closing time and both Robin and Luis stayed until everything was finshed. Robin made the process easy and comfortable and my family felt at ease by offering us snacks and hot chocolate. The process of buying a car does take some time.
