Crain Buick GMC of Conway Service Department is one of the best organized and efficient service departments I have ever used for service for the vehicles. Sarah met us upon our arrival and took us through the process in a professional and friendly manner. All of our questions were addressed, and our vehicle was ready to go before the projected completion time. This dealership has a very nice lounge area for their customers, so the wait was not bad at all. In fact, very comfortable with a good cup of coffee. My wife and I highly recommend them.
