Evan, my service advisor was very prompt and efficient in his intake process and keeping me informed of the process. He also was easy to contact and responded to my texts. I bought a mint condition Jeep Gladiator (2020) from a saleswoman named Litsy. I will absolutely recommend this saleswoman and this dealership to friends. The process was easy, friendly, and fun. Litsy Marquez easily answered all my questions or simply referred a couple of questions to her senior associate. Obviously Land Rover people are not Jeep experts, but I feel like the vehicle I purchased was fairly represented in the ad and pricing. Extremely happy with all aspects of the purchase and the experience.
