I had such a wonderful experience at gravity Auto! I got Henry for sales and he was just so wonderful to work with he was so friendly The things that I like the most about him were his communication and his honesty and how he made the whole experience so comfortable. I had Adam for financial and I loved how he explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process and the things that I liked about him the most was that he was so genuine and humble when speaking to me. I would recommend gravity Auto Sandy Springs to anybody with any type of credit I said to them I don't think that y'all are a good fit for me and he said everybody is a good fit for me and he was right. They were also super super service dog friendly I would recommend them to anybody.

James in finance and Scott in sales were awesome. They made my week. My car was totaled on Monday, Scott sealed my sale by Wenesday and I came home today, with my new ride. What can I say. They made the process seamless. Thanks to Scott and James. You guys rock.??

We finally found the Durango that we had been searching for, it was loaded with everything we needed and the color I really wanted. Unfortunately it was a 5 hour trip to see and drive a used SUV so this was not high on my bucket list for sure, but I reluctantly contacted the dealership anyway if anything maybe we could score as good deal. We were not disappointed, after speaking with Patrick our sales representative my wife and I decided to make the day of it so we headed to Atlanta. We were a little late but the dealership was accommodating to our every need. In short the vehicle had a few issues, being a very picky consumer and wanting the SUV to be the best bang for my buck, I needed some things changed, Gravity Auto agreed and promised they would do what they had to do to earn our business and on this they delivered. I have purchased over 50 new cars and a few used in my life, this dealership made our purchase easy and worry free as well as any dealership has to date. Every issue was fixed and they even shipped the car for free to my doorstep on a Sunday!!! Patrick, Adam and the entire sales team kept me in the loop and delivered exactly what we had agreed on. We will be back for our next purchase.
