Test drive to delivery, Shane managed the process cordially, professionally and without pressure. An interesting thing occurred while at the dealership, the people I spoke to...Shane, Michael Lorenzo (Finance) and Brian Reeves (Parts) all mentioned how Rick Hendrick's (owner) way of doing business influence them positively. The service by Shane and others sure seemed to reflect the way the dealership philosophy and goals. As for the vehicle...a Lexus is not a Toyota, it's a Lexus.
