2025 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD

Had a wonderful car buying experience at Elliot Bay Auto Brokers. The car I was interested in had just been listed on their website but was yet to arrive and get inspected. Liz was very proactive in sending me updates all this while and got me scheduled for a test drive as soon as the car was ready. Pat and Kevin were great to work with during the buying process. Liz again was super helpful when I came in to get the delivery for the car. People working there are a highlight of the entire process, which can be taxing at times. Interacted with a couple more of their employees and they were all nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them for an amazing car buying experience ??

Curtis Moseley and Mike Jones were fantastic to work with when I picked up my new Grenadier today. Curtis made sure the car was ready to go when I arrived to take delivery and Mike provided a thorough technical briefing on the vehicle systems. Every car dealer in America should treat their customers like EBA does. I recommend the firm and these two gentlemen very highly.

I had a great experience buying my car with the EBA. The staff were extremely friendly. I initially reached out with an inquiry for a BMW 330e which got sold already. That time, Lizzie went above and beyond and helped me with other options and she continually stayed in touch over the phone/text. While I was shopping, Cole helped me test drive the cars I was interested in and was super friendly and got us all the docs and stuff we needed or asked for. He helped with all the process and the overall experience was smooth. I would rate my experience a 5/5 ?. Would definitely come back to these guys if I'm back in the market again.
