2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance

5 Stars for Renae at Auto Nation in Leesburg. She is such a sweet kind soul and was like a friend to me the entire day throughout the long decision making process. I went to several dealerships and she was by far the nicest and the most knowledgeable. If she didn't know something, she was not afraid to look it up and get me answers. My only gripe is that I ended up having to talk to like 7 different people throughout the day and they almost forgot to give me a second key fob. But Renae was lovely, please share my feedback with her and her supervisors.

The team at AUTONATION Toyota was absolutely amazing to work with. I have never seen such attention to providing a seamless customer experience. From the moment I walked in everyone I walked by greeted me. I can tell this team loves what they do and they do it well. I received a great deal on my lease which I am completely happy with. Stephen the GM went above and beyond to make sure i had the best deal in town. Charlie in the finance office was very easy to work with. He took his time going over coverages to protect my vehicle which I truly appreciated. All in all it was a quick, efficient, and completely enjoyable process. Way to go team!

Kristin Lewis-Smith (Service Rep) was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept me informed at all times. I had to wait a few hours since it is my only vehicle and I was quite comfortable in the waiting room with the internet service, TV, and snacks. Everyone was very friendly. I usually don't like going to the dealership for service but I would not hesitate in going back to Leesburg Toyota.
