2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance

I Recently purchased a black 2021 MYLR from Eco auto and from beginning to end my experience and purchase process was exceptional! My initial point of contact was Chris in Sales who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the handful of questions I had in regards to Tesla’s, and transitioning from gas to electric. After test driving my Model Y, there were a handful of areas of concern that I wanted addressed before taking delivery/signing the paperwork. Al who is one of the managers, was the absolute best when it came down to addressing my concerns, he immediately reassured me that he would personally make sure everything was taken care of prior to delivery as he jotted everything down on a notepad, and sure enough everything was addressed /fixed to spec! As I read several one star reviews, most of them addressed issues with Registrations, which was also delayed for me, but I completely understood, as the RMV as well as Eco Auto were backed up. Wait time was less than a week, not bad at all! To top it all of the steering wheel on my Model Y recently began to peel, Al and Eco Auto stepped up and agreed to repair/replace it at no additional cost to me considering this is a part that may be out of warranty! Phenomenal customers service in my book! I will definitely use Eco auto for my future EV purchases and wish them all the best! A++

This place is a gem! I bought my i3 from here back in the fall. Eco Auto is nice because it lets you cross shop brand easily. Pricing and financing is fairly painless, I was able to complete the purchase in less than an hour and pick up the car several days later. Their service department is also straightforward and honest, they were willing to work on my older ‘vintage’ gas car.

I'm actively researching EVs for my next car, so I dropped in yesterday to test drive a couple options. Irving showed me and my friend around the dealership and talked to us about how they approach helping people make the transition. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a good discussion that will help me prepare for when I'm ready to take the leap. I'll definitely be checking out Eco Auto before considering a new vehicle.
