This is my first time visiting Jim Ellis VW for service. The customer areas are spacious, clean, and plentiful accommodations for seating. Also a dedicated area for phone charging as well. I added a couple of pictures of the Atlas cross over. Very nice. I greatly appreciate Chris's assistance with my Beetle's oil change. They built a new building and tore down the old one. It was syate of the art, very clean. My daughter bought her first SUV during the rebuild, loves it, and the service has been very good.
