Wonderful experience!! I wish I could give Todd 6 stars! He was friendly, attentive, trusting, and knowledgeable about the car I had come to see. He had the car ready in the lot for me to test drive, immaculately clean and running great. It even has a short warranty period. When I came back to buy the car, he had all the paperwork ready and was set up to change the title for me and get me my plates, which he would then mail to me. All I had to do was write him a check and drive away! Michel Motors was such a different experience than I’ve had before (where salespeople ignore me on the lot, have to fetch the car, need to check whenever I ask a question, refuse to negotiate, and admit that they don’t stand behind their products). It was definitely worth the hour trip to Buffalo!
