Greatest car purchase experience I’ve ever experienced! Luis went above and beyond to ensure I was being taken care of without any smoke to blindside my decision. The professionalism and pure understanding of taking care of a person made me feel comfortable enough to know I was driving away with a smile and not with buyers remorse. I did have one small issue with my rear camera that I had to bring back my car but big shout out to the service team as well and especially Miriam. She was just as amazing. Overall, I’ve already told friends and family to go to BP Ford and ask for Luis in sales or Miriam in Service because they know how to take care of you. Thank you guys again for all you have done.
