2013 Tesla Model S Performance

This was my first car buying experience and Gabe helped me every step of the way to buy my dream car. Everyone that helped me at Diplomat Motors was nice, helpful, and welcoming. Gabe answered all my questions and talked me through the process. Never once was he pushy or did I feel like I was being talked into the sale. He was very good at communicating with me before and after the sale to make sure everything went smoothly as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend working with Gabe and buying a car at Diplomat Motors. It was a great experience!

Do business with these guys !!! BEST experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The entire process was taken care of over the phone, which I had never done before and had my doubts. I can confidentially say it was seamless from the second I called to inquire to the second it was delivered to my door 1,600 miles away! I am truly upset that I did not get to formally meet Gabe, Tim and Billy but they were all OUTSTANDING.

An absolutely Amazing experience at Diplomat Motors! I came from the Seattle area because they were that great! The conversation first started with Mark via Facebook Marketplace on a Lotus Evora that I was very interested in. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally. Gabe and Timothy then took it from there with financing and answering addtional questions I had about the loan and what I needed to bring to the table. Terms were great. These guys actually got my rate down to a surprisingly low percentage rate for me via a credit union! Also thanks to Phil that also assisted with paperwork virtually. Overall the guys made sure I was taken care of, questions answered, and expectations established. They helped me review all the documents via DocuSign and everything was wrapped up in about 15 mins. I swear this was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had! Fast forward a week later when I drove from Seattle to Troutdale to pickup the car, in person experience was just as amazing. Showroom was clean and professional, everyone there was very nice to my wife and I. They had protein chips and drinks that were pretty good! They even let me stage my new Lotus in their photo booth for some great pictures. Seriously these guys are great and they made the car buying experience very smooth, professional, and pleasant. When I make more money I will come by and buy another supercar from them. Highly recommend. 5/5 and 2 thumbs up!
