Charlton is the best service guy I have worked with in 38 years and I grew up a child to a service manager my whole life. When I tell you he is good. He’s good. Respectful, honest, to the point, goes more than the extra mile, doesn’t make you do any of the leg work and I mean just a total gentleman. Go see him and him only. Charlton. Don’t forget that name. $7k in warranty work done and I didn’t even lift a finger. Just butter.

10/10 Experience. I had a check engine light come up right as I was planning to take it to it's routine service. I was able to get an appointment within 1 day, they got me a luxury Alto Rideshare from the dealership back to my house, and the Service Advisor I had - Mr. Zafar - was phenomenal. First time servicing the car since I bought it earlier this year, and felt like it was in the best hands possible.

Tommy Phan and Edgar made our vehicle purchase smooth, effortless and welcoming. The level of service my family and I received from these two was superb. We had never experienced this level of attention while purchasing vehicles in the past.
