Starting from the first phone call with Bob, the whole car-buying experience was relaxed and easy. I had a bad experience with another dealership and was apprehensive when I came in. Bob and Annie immediately put me at ease and their customer service was above and beyond. It felt like a family environment, and I am so glad I waited to purchase a car from them.
