I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Hi Line Autohaus in Charlotte, and I have to say that the experience was fantastic. The process was fast and easy, as I saw the car online, messaged the seller, and he got back to me the very next day. Two days later, I had the car in my hands. The staff at Hi Line Autohaus were friendly and very attentive, making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely come back to Hi-Line for future car purchases, these guys are great. I purchased a Volvo s60 from them and the experience was one of the best I've had at a dealership. I originally worked with a sales guy (Jesse) who showed me some cars and respected my thoughts about thinking about it before making a decision. I came back and when Jesse wasn't available, I worked with another sales guy (Rich). At no point did either of them fight over the sale, they worked together to give me a good experience. I made the decision on the Volvo and the guys got me a fair deal for the car and my trade in, at no point did I feel pressured. Ken and Rob stayed late after 7:00PM to help me close the deal and I drove my car home happy. Hi-Line is one of the most flexible and honest dealerships I've seen. Not to mention my wife and three kids were able to hang out in the lobby while I test drove the car, they even had coloring books for the kids.

I began conversing with Martin via text, email, and phone, until I eventually made an appointment to go in. I was a little reluctant because I was traveling from SC, but I'm so glad I did! It was a long, tiring day, but Martin made it fun and worth the wait. Most importantly, he's not a pushy salesman that's just trying to make a sale. He genuinely wants to get you the best deal possible on a luxury vehicle, but also educate you on the vehicle. And he's also extremely knowledgeable and patient.
